Field Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a Field Sales Manager to look after the South West UK and South Wales. They are looking for a new team player who is eager to invest their energy into building dreams and is forward thinking, innovative and change oriented. They will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within this territory and will work closely with the Key account Managers, Regional managers and the Sales & Marketing Director to grow market penetration and guarantee results.
Main Goals
• Meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling Fitness equipment.
• Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
• Pro-actively develop the brand across all sales segments
• Good standard of education (5 GCSEs including Maths and English)
• 2/3 years of experience in sales/industry operations
• Proven selling skills
• Proven ability to generate business and accurate sales forecasting
• IT familiarity- must be able to master CRM/SFDC systems
• Previous experience in Health and fitness industry
• Numeracy and basic excel spreadsheets
• Time and organisational management skills
• Communication and presentation skills
