Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

Job requirements:
 
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in a position of financial-accounting management, accounting supervision and / or coordination of the financial accounting department, controlling
• Higher economic studies
• Authorized accountant, Accounting expert - is a plus
• ACCA / MBA / CIMA (constitutes an advantage)
• Expert in financial and financial risk analysis
• In-depth knowledge of financial-accounting legislation and IFRS
 
• Fluency in speaking English (necessary in managing the relationship with the company's external clients)

• Financial accounting control (not to be confused with the activity of internal financial control or audit)
• Organization and management of accounting and financial activities
• Managing the company's assets according to the laws in force
• Planning, organizing and coordinating the activities, processes and team members
• Strategic organization of the department
• Management through budgets
• Organization and implementation of "high performance board pictures"
• Identifying, initiating and implementing the company's financial accounting strategy, in accordance with the organization's policy, in order to obtain maximum performance.
 
Job description
 
The basic responsibilities of the job:
Financial - Accounting - Controlling:
• Organizing and reorganizing the department and the financial accounting activities of the company
• Implementation and implementation of budget management and cost and profit centers (P&L)
• Realization and implementation of the monitoring and control systems of the company's activity by introducing the dashboards (business analysis)
• Timely delivery of financial accounting records to stake holders
• Inventory and management of the company's assets according to the internal and external needs of the company
• Managing the relationship with banks and suppliers by reducing the costs of the collaboration relationship
• Creation and implementation of a system for forecasting and managing costs related to the company's activity
• Consultancy in financial management - accounting - controlling, for the board of directors of the company and especially for the general manager of the company. In this regard, it has the responsibility to establish, together with the general manager of the company, the strategic directions of action regarding:
 Management and control of company assets
 Control of business indicators
 Cost control related to the company's activity
 Predicting the basic activities and actions of the company in order to achieve the fundamental objectives to be achieved
