Job Description

~~Your Tasks:
You will be the HR manager for Kreditech’s Romanian subsidiary, which provides call center services to Kreditech’s subsidiaries worldwide. You’ll report to the Head of HR in Hamburg, Germany, and to the Managing Director in Romania, and be responsible for the HR operations in Romania.
You´ll be in charge of all employment contracts as well as contracts with third parties if HR-related
You´re the internal consultant in terms of all administrative questions and employee support
You´ll ensure compliance with Romanian labor law
You´ll manage the monthly payroll working together with an external payroll provider
You’ll get to build up a new team and performance culture

Your Profile:
You have 3-4 years experiences in the area of Human Resources – preferred in a rapid growth environment, where you´ve also set up structures and processes
You are familiar with Romanian Labow Law with regards to the entire employee life-cycle
You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally for call centers, and can manage the whole candidate life-cycle
You´ve studied HR, business, law or psychology
You speak fluent Romanian, English, and it’s preferred that you also speak or understand Spanish or another language from our portfolio
You have a mature yet enthusiastic approach to your work, you are structured and a good communicator, are flexible and have a good sense of humor, and are ready for a big new step in your career!
