International Sales & Business Development Manager, Channels & Alliances

Job Description

This ROLE is new in the company and is to be reporting to: Chief Products Officer

We wellcome international applicants, who would want to relocate to Romania and do have relevant min.7-8 years of IT Complex Solutions SALES experience, in Western Europe !

International Partners – Key to our global growth. The Client Partner Program is built on the belief that partnering is a competitive advantage and is the key to our global growth. Their main priority is to build and develop partners capable of selling, implementing and supporting Co products.
The Sales & Business Development Manager, International Channels & Alliances is responsible for establishing and developing the business relationships between our Client and international partners (Technology Alliance Partners, Distributors, Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Cloud Service Providers, etc.). She/he represents the entire range of company own software products and associated services to assigned partners.

Main responsibilities:
• Establishing, maintaining and developing a dedicated team for International Sales & Business development focused on developing the business relationships between Our Client Co and international partners (Technology Alliance Partners, Distributors, Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Cloud Service Providers, etc.);
• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with international partners able to promote and sell Co products and services on the global market (Technology Alliance Partners, Distributors, Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Cloud Service Providers, etc.);
• Personal focus on Technology Alliance Partners, Global Systems Integrators & Cloud Service Providers;
• Driving resell, referral and co-selling opportunities for Co products and services;
• Delivering results (revenue) by managing indirect / partner sales opportunities;
• Understanding the company’s position in the industry and the industry itself in order to recognize and initiate high value partner relationships to create new opportunities while effectively matching services and products to the needs of the market and strategic partners and end users;
• Collaborating with Product Engineering / Development, Product / Solution Sales in order to support the creation, sales and delivery of company’s own products (StarCapture, SEAL, ERA, Status, Connectors for HCP, Assisto Contracts) and associated services;
• Creating and implementing the strategy for International Business Development in order to enhance Co Storage position within the similar companies on the global market;
• Identifying new selling and service opportunities in order to increase volumes made by Partners;
• Selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with Partner sales resources;
• Identifying marketing and business generation activity in order to increase the company’s revenues through Partners;
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners while meeting the targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives;
• Assimilating technical product advantages into winning business propositions for the assigned alliances / Partners;
• Securing partner commitment and participation in Co product launch events, PR activities, and marketing events;

Job Requirements
• University degree in business administration, computer information technology or economic sciences;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-based products and services;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel / Partner management with an excellent network of strategic contacts within the industry;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Strong and professional communication, presentation and relationship building skills;
• Excellent time management capabilities;
• Problem-solving orientation;
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems, reporting systems and CRM systems is a plus;
