Job Description

This is a management position, project based and corresponding to the level of TEAM LEADER in the company and for a fixed period of  10 (max 12) months.

The overall objective of the post is to identify ,plan and coordinate of major optimisation and efficiency projects of the Company, to maximise its results, with a view to better linking and aligning the interdepartmental processes and better conducting its relations with the South East Central European Region, as well as improving costs, resources and results, in the context of the economic recovery and efficiency project.

Requirements:
* Taking over, planning and coordinating the project for economic recovery and streamlining the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, with a view to optimising the Company's interdepartmental processes and its relationship with the region or group, as well as improving costs, resources and results;
* Identifying the risks and major needs for optimising processes, costs, resources and results, taking into account the economic and social context generated by the Covid-19 crisis, minimising identified risks and making the most of the identified optimisation opportunities within the project management proposals;
* Proposal and recommendation of the project plan, based on identified risks and problems, leading to planned and/or additional improvements, identifying priorities, risks, benefits and costs;
* Determining the resources needed for projects (including human resources inside or outside the Company, depending on expertise requirements) and obtaining the approval of the Company's Management;
* Preparation for each project of a project plan, including budget, resources, deadlines, result, communication plan and action, obtaining management approval for implementation;

In the case of projects requiring teamwork, the setting of the project objectives, tasks and responsibilities of the team members, as well as the prioritisation and efficiency of the activities and tasks outlined within the project, where appropriate, allocating tasks corresponding to the training and experience of each team member;
Where appropriate, train team members to contribute to project success, but also to improve professional attributes and experience 
Adapting the management style used to ensure the efficient and cohesive functioning of the team and its collaboration with stakeholders;
Regular completion of a performance evaluation process on the quality of the proposed project plan, results achieved, as well as communication and relationships within the project team(s);

The Required Profile :
* Excellent capacity for planning, organisation, coordination and control;
* Ability for analysis and synthesis, discernment and attention to detail;
* Ability to understand the organizational strategy and culture and the ability to integrate them into the project;
* Ability to understand relationships and interdependencies between company departments;
* Very good communication and relationship skills, emotional balance, tolerance, perseverance and constancy in attitudes;
* Showing responsibility, leadership and initiative;
* Negotiating skills and diplomacy;
* Decision-making capacity and powers of persuasion;
* Conflict resolution/mediation ability;
* Geeeat ability to solve problems and proven ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
* Adaptability to change, crisis situations and stress;
* Very good time management;

* The ability to create and manage a budget;

Higher education (preferably Management, Business Administration or Economics)
Advanced English language knowledge;
Knowledge of second language German / French  could be an advantage;
MS Office Knowledge;
Minimum 5 years of experience, min 2-3 of which are in a management position;
