Construction Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies, geotechnical study etc;
  • Manage all dates and processes within a project to ensure the project progresses as anticipated; including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, leases, purchase agreements, permitting and construction;
  • Lead and manage team members, architects and other consultants in guiding each project through its approvals process to obtain all permits/approvals required for a project;
  • Manage design consultants in engineering the project within the parameters of the approved site plan, budget, organization criteria; 
  • Coordinating team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules;
  • Manage the bidding process with the team members;
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information;
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution;
  • Participate and contribute together with the site managers to improve the construction activity;
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards;
  • Managing all necessary activities in order to sign Hand Over Protocols of the project with all contractors involved in execution process and authorities;
  • Managing all required activities necessary to obtain all necessary permits.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Permitting experience in PUZ and AC at least 3 years, minimum 2 approved PUZ and 4 approved AC and a cumulated project value of at least 50 million euro;
  • Construction project manager at least 5 years, minimum 3 completed projects, cumulated project value of at least 50 million euro, minimum team of at least 5 people/project;
  • Minimum five years’ experience in construction;
  • MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project knowledge.
