Job Description

The job holder should act as a change agent formulating partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives. The position may include international human resource responsibilities which – at a later stage - gives an opportunity to grow with the role which starts from a very hands-on end.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities in understanding business strategy and how HR processes align and integrate with the business.

Tasks:
a) Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
b) Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
c) Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the local and regional management to develop solutions, programs and policies;
d) Ensure effective and credible internal communication to all employees;
d) Provide guidance, assistance and tools necessary to select, retain and develop adequately qualified employees, take care of entire recruiting and employee on-boarding process;
e) Take care of grounded implementation of HR Strategy and all related HR processes;
f) Support Cultural Change Programs in the Organization
g) Responsible for HR administration, payroll execution (cooperation partner for external payroll provider), remuneration, performance oriented wage systems;
h) Solve labor law issues;
 

Requirements:
a) 4+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience, with strong hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Staffing, Client Service, and Performance Management;
b) Strong business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level;
c) Positive attitude, maturity to remain calm under pressure;
d) Ability to balance conflicting points of view and demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness;
e) Balanced personality;
f) Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to assess opportunity for continuous improvement;
g) Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency;
h) Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion;
i) Attention to detail, driven, professional, and with a strong work ethic;
j) Fluent English, German is a plus.
