Job Description

Key Accountability:

  • Generating Sales in product core and value added for the company
  • Key account management , monitoring and developing
  • To develop new products & markets for the Bedding & Pillow Bulgarian Market
  • Gathers, processes and presents information about customer requirements, existing and new markets, the position of competitors and performance of the own company
  • Keeps track of developments and positioning of company in the market, signalises trends and opportunities and threats and translates this into concrete proposals for the marketing & sales strategy
  • Estimates strengths and weaknesses in the product portfolio, follows (cost/sales) price developments and proposes changes in delivery conditions if & when required
  • Examines the company’s image in the market and sets up a marketing plan to strengthen and promote the company and brand names
  • Provides adequate promotion and communication material with regard to the company and existing and new products
  • Reviewing the risk trading / cash risk on trading accounts, reviewing monitoring CPR / Overdue / 6MOP risk 
  • Represents the company on internal information meetings, external fairs
  • Participate in discussions and decision making as member of the Management Team

Scope of the responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales
  • Develop products new products with new foam types from all Vita units
  • Customer contract
  • Suppliers contact

Most important review criteria:

  • Sales Generated
  • Margins generated
  • New developed products
  • Sales Service delivered
  • Trading Risk monitoring, Overdue / CPR
  • Functioning of the (sales) team

Function Demands:

  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Market knowledge experience, prove record in success
  • Good expression in English language
  • Strong Communicator
  • Competence working with  MS Office products & Sales Order Entry System
