Job Description

Our client is a big and well-known international retail company with many stores in Bulgaria. They are currently searching for a competent HR professional to fill in the position of:


Main responsibilities:

- Recruitment and training of store managers and store employees to support our ambition to be the best within Retail
- Implement different HR procedures into the organization, which also may includes translating and updating our concepts and training materials
- Provide support to the line managers in labor law and in all other HR related issues and HR administration (salary is not part of the HR administration)
- Visit the stores to ensure HR concept is followed and our core values are alive and active
- In time you will be more and more involved in the other HR areas and you will have the opportunity to grow with the organization

The successful candidate is:

- HR professional that has a good understanding of the Retail market, preferably with a minimum of 3 years experience in HR 
- Experience with training, recruitment, search and selection
- Ability to influence and communicate at all levels, which goes hand in hand with your positive, persistent and flexible attitude
- Logical and practical approach in order to get things done
- Fluent in English
