International Recruitment Director

Job Description



- Manage the recruitment departments of all offices
- Find, pre-select, attract, interview the right candidates by using out-of-the-box techniques
- Keep detailed database of potential candidates and their activities
- Cost effective utilization of Recruitment offices in all the countries 
- Monitor the development and proper utilization of the all internal talent
- Build the company image and reputation when doing talent acquisition

Skills and experience:

- Must have experience with architecture of Recruitment Departments
- Must have working experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, Interviewing, Selection, testing, talent database management
- Must have experience in leading virtual teams
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial personality; persuasive and creative person
- Ability to work with others – emotional intelligence 
- Able to travel and work flexible shifts
