Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage outputs of Admin staff
  • Day to day running of the Admin Department / Operational Procedures
  • Implementation and maintenance of the inventory management system
  • Cashbook
  • Management of Debtors & Creditors
  • Monthly reporting
  • General Ledger
  • Leave control
  • General administrative duties


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric or equivalent  qualification
  • Preferably a relevant tertiary qualification 
  • 5 years’ experience in a  similar role
  • Accounting experience
  • Advanced working knowledge in VIP, SYSPRO and MS Office
  • Attention to detail
