SAP Business Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Facilitating sessions with all levels of users (from junior to senior) to identify requirements of a project/enhancements
 Understanding the strategic drivers of a project and assessing solutions with all business requirements in mind
 Gather and interpret requirements from the business and develop a business Benefits Case with ROI/benefit metrics.
 Analyse relevant business processes and identify required changes/improvements in people, process and technology.
 Prepare the business requirements specifications.
 Participate in the solution design process, selecting from alternative solution options to achieve the best fit between benefit, risk, cost and time to implement.
 Use requirements to design and review test cases
 Work closely with developers to define the success criteria for solution testing and implementation.
 Provide support to the business area Systems Manager for: Engaging with senior business owners, project scoping, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
 Managing the process on projects from initialisation to completion as well as post project support
 Provide training and training manuals where necessary.
 Proactively identifying enhancements on systems and processes within a business environment
 Verbal and written (including technical) communication skills
 Facilitation skills - Requirements elicitation from stakeholders using a variety of techniques
 Experience in working with IS methodologies

Qualifications and experience :
 Relevant tertiary IT or Business Analysis qualification or qualification through experience (Essential)
 Certificate or Diploma in Business Process Modelling from industry recognised Training Institution (Desirable)
 Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing and Warehousing systems within SAP LO (Logistics) and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management)
 2 to 3 years working in a project management environment (Desirable)
 Substantial business experience
