Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of the distributors versus pre-set targets and KPIs in addition to defining and overseeing plans to target distributors to ensure exceptional brand loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze the sales figures
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, handling projects
  • Experience in Sales & providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Consumer Electronics, Retail, B2B, FMCG or Heavy Industries experience is preferred
  • Fluent English is a must
  • MBA or post graduate degree is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently
  • Excellent Negotiation & Communication skills
