Manager Commercial

Job Description

The F&A Commercial Support position exists to implement all the commercial policies o in the Regional operations  and maintain adequate checks and controls to ensure the same.    

Provide support and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and risk management efforts of the regional business for professional channel

Provide decision support  through insightful and value added MIS .

Deliver on Cash Commitments 

Achieve Overdue% per AOP-Qtrwise per regional target (Overdue % Q1-23%, Q2-22%,Q3-20.5%,Q4-14.5%)

AR as per Target (DSO Q1-37, Q2-37,Q3-35,Q4-30)

Deliver on time and timely and accurate submission of Sales incentives:

Channel/Customer appointment:

Ensure all appointments as per commercial policy and SOP 

MIS: Ensure timely submission of regional commercial reports

Strengthen Business Controls 

Quarterly Self Assessment of relevant ICS/Sox Compliance for Light Sources  - No Red Controls and Drive Actions on Yellow Controls. 

Clean balance confirmation signed up by 80% of business value

Drive closure of all Open Action Points from Past Internal Audit and KPMG Audit Reports, within pre-agreed timelines.Ensure DDP compliance for region including closure of all DDP queries raised by PIA team and have no overdue queries pending

Execution of Direct business (a) Commecial Risk Mitigation in deals.

Maintain Controllable Indirect cost
