Country Sales Manager- Elastomer( Mumbai)
- The sales manager will be responsible for marketing development and products sales of Thermal Plastic Elastomer (TPE\TPR\TPV) in India and neighboring countries.
- Actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing activities which involves not only developing new customers directly but also exploring and managing new agencies and distributors.
- Achieve the sales targets set by company.
- Monitor and couch the sales team to ensure the yearly target is achieved.
- Bachelor degree with science and engineering background.
- Major in polymer material or chemistry is preferred.
- More than 5 years of sales experience in key account management / business development role with rich sales working experience in Plastic rubber or other polymers , and familiar with Cable & Wire Application, Consumer & Industrial Application, Medical industry and Automotive industry
- Excellent marketing promotion skills, communication skill and coordination capability
- Suitable for high pressure and strength work.
- Business trip frequently.
- With essential sales knowledge, methodology and existing customer base
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written). Mandarin is preferred.
- Rich sales experience preferably in Plastic rubber /other polymers, Cable & Wire Application, consumer & Industrial Application, Medical industry
