HR Manager (or Sr. manager), sales support (HRBP)

Job Description

1.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

1. Work with team to set up overall HR strategies & operations for each segment/function team to strengthen organization effectiveness and support business growth

2. Collaborate with line managers on recruitment based on recruitment plan and actual business status and well manage the change and hiring process for organization

3. Identify training needs and development needs in conjunction with line manager and help line manager to analyze current /future HR needs and well forecast the training/development needs to meet the growth/change of segment

4. Facilitate talent review process and succession planning work with line managers on action plan for talent management and deliver effective program to develop and keep talents

5. Collaborate with training and development team to set up/maintain competency modules within organization

6. Collaborate with line managers for performance management and provide support to line managers to meet achievable targets

7. Work with C&B team to implement the C&B structure within organization according to business plan and people development plan

8. Build a trusted advisor and partnership between segment/function and HR and deliver best HR practices/programs/solutions which support business area in conjunction with HR functions

9. Collaborate with HR team to supervise and monitor the implementation of HR policies and provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues

10. Other work assigned by HRD.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above in HR or related

2. 8 years HR working experience in MNCs and HRBP experience is a plus

3. Strong inter-personal skills and eager to take challenges

4. Strong problem solving skills, result-oriented

5. Required project management experience

6. Can work under high pressure

7. Fluent English speaking.
