Key Account Manager for Ford OEM
- Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business from customers.
- Manage the RFQs and lead the quote activities.
- Price and contracts negotiation with OEMs. Price and contracts management
- Set up market strategy for the defined customers
- Update the sales forecast regularly.
- Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information.
- Address the customer needs within the internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship.
- Support the other issues at the customer side, such as quality, logistics etc.
- Technical education with commercial experience,
- 3~6 years’ experience in automotive industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good coordinate and communication skills.
- Good PC and presentation skills.
