Job Description


·         Identify strengths and development areas for all team members

·         Support process team to develop advanced manufacturing systems

·         Identify product and process improvements to reduce cost

·         Prepare and manage budgets for department

·         Conduct capacity studies to ensure that production meets requirements

·         Manage GE (global excellence)

·         Responsible to identify , measure ,report and monitor risks in process unit, and also to implement action plan

·         Maintain safety and environmental standards by ensuring certification of OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001


Education and/or Experience:


·         Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive)

·         5+ years experience in automotive industry or mechanical engineering

·         Relevant product engineering knowledge

·         Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes

·         Quality system knowledge (ISO9001, TS16949,VDA6.3)

·         Capability on using APQP, PPAP , FMEA.

·         Familiar with process related requirements of OEM quality system (such as QSB,Q1,Formel-Q)

·         Good communication skills

·         Fluent English communication

·         Presentation skill
