Responsible for achieve annual targeted turnover;
Responsible for the overall work of marketing and sales, including sales planning, sales organizing , implementation of sales plan tracking and analysis,
Responsible for identify new projects, new clients;
Promote and branding HPC to industrial stakeholders.
Take a lead of proposal, bidding, coordinate with different function departments with contracts, agreement etc.
Maintain good relationship with the client, designing institute and other business partnership(internal &external )
Responsible for market information collection, analysis, and reporting;
Coordinate with commercial department for collection payment, ensure received payments on time.
l Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Refinery (Process) or related.
l Minimum 10 years of experience of working in the field of chemical industry, petrochemical and refinery or related fields; Experienced in a foreign company is highly desired.
l Good industry knowledge and practical experience, understanding of chemical processes, be able to grasp the overall project;
l A clear strategic thinker with strong business acumen and pragmatic mindset
l Wide range of interpersonal relationship in petroleum and petrochemical industry; Excellence on communication and coordination with client internal (external).
l A strong team player, very collaborative with colleagues.
l Well-organized, resourceful and efficient.
l Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. software and related software. Good presentation skills.
l Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequently business travel.
l Fluent speaking and writing in English.
