Sales Manager based in GuangZhou office to develop pharma sales activities in China : both local and international clients & prospects.
• Objectives are to develop sales on the determined sales area in accordance with the strategy communicated by hierarchy.
• Have to handle Clients/Agent or distributors.
• Constant effort will have to be made in order to insure development and profitability of the business targeted by praising adequately the advantages of products in comparison to our competitors.
• Follow with back office of all elements relating to account management : forecasts, orders, stocks, shipments and deliveries, payments, claim and quality in relation internally with relevant departments and externally with client.
• Will have to manage his back office to make sure the company can insure optimum service to clients.
• be able to understand technical aspects of glass making and of the business of our clients. Tubular or molded glass knowledge will be a plus, Otherwise, pharmaceutical related product knowledge.
• Sales Manager must be able to travel frequently to client in order to represent our company and exchange the right information necessary to the smooth development of client portfolio. Especially some targeted southeast Asian countries.
• Will negotiate on the name of the company and in agreement with management policy and objectives.
• Frequent reports to management about the evolution of the business with client and other relevant information for the market
• Working hour in office (9:00-18:00) when no traveling.
• University degree requested (technical background preferred )
• Preferred 3-5 years working experiences in sales (Pharmaceutical or chemical related industrial background preferred)
• Good at communication and sales skills; work with attention to details.
• Capable to work under pressure and manage different projects at the same time
• Good English skills is a must. French will be plus.
