Developing market, establishing strategic sales objectives, leading the sales team to achieve the sales goal and also focusing on future growth. our long-range strategic plans and deliver on the promises we make to our customers
II. Required Education and Qualification
Education: bachelor degree
Experience: at least 5 years in selling of structure steel market
Other Requirements: knowing the grating market as well as structural steel market.
III. Essential Functions and key area’s of responsibility/accountability
1) Establish long-range strategic plans.
2) Develop good relationship with major EPC firms and major steel fabricators.
3) Lead sales team to achieve the sales goal.
