ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM LEADER

Job Purpose

 

 The main mission of Account Payable Team Leader is to ensure a smooth functionality of AP team, keep member of the team motivated and enthusiastic and make our internal and external customers satisfied by meeting the targets.

 

The Responsabilities

 

  • Set-up goals and objectives (KPI) for the AP team, monitor progress to ensure achievement
  • Motivate and evaluate employees and address performance issues
  • Manage workload of the team, resolve various issues, organize and lead regular meetings of the team
  • Acts as an internal Contact between SSC and the companies served;
  • Acts as an external contact with Suppliers;
  • Supports the Business Unit Administrator / GL with reports, analyses and answers ad hoc questions
  • Acts as a backup for other AP related tasks / reports, depending on the needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Higher vocational education (Economics / Finance);

EXPERIENCE: at least 3 years in a similar position;

LANGUAGES: English Advanced. Communication skills in another foreign languages is an advantage;

COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Excel
