Senior Project Manager, location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

               

Senior Project Manager Deployment is to lead implementation of this delivery platform on a specific local customer project.

                Project Manager Deployment will lead the rollout of customer platform following a defined framework which is composed on 5 different phases since PM0 (project kick-off) to PM5 (go live) and in some cases extended to mass rollout to all project geographical areas.

                Project Manager Deployment is the main interface from local project team towards Global platform team to assure implementation on of solution as per baseline and assure collection and tracking of any customized requirement (if applicable) in release plan.

                Project Manager Deployment will report to Global PM Deployment assuring a periodic report of rollout evolution.

                Project Manager Deployment will report status of rollout, assure resources on-board, any specific development request from local project address towards development team and any critical topic to his direct report.

               

                Responsibilities:

                PM Deployment role is to bring Customer Delivery Platform successfully implemented across local customer projects as per business service expectation.

                To achieve this objective, PM deployment will coordinate project team providing a detail delivery plan with all dependencies required to assure business target in terms of deadline, quality, costs and benefits.

                As key role with primary interface to customer projects, collection of all change requests and action plan needed will be required to improve customer expectations and maximize benefits.

                PM Deployment will be reporting to Global PM Deployment Manager of Customer Delivery Platform project.

               

                Specific responsibilities:

                End-to-end responsibility for program definition and execution.

                Managing team with responsibility of building competency, their appraisal, career planning.

                Managing team to ensure right competency at right time with focus on delivering value to team and customer along with custodian of customer values.

               

                Desired Skills:

                Executive level leadership experience, proven ability to lead, influence and deliver.

                10+ years’ experience managing E2E projects/programs, deep Telcom project across business line and related subject matter expertise

                Having strong understanding of all knowledge areas of Project Management

                SiteForge knowledge as key added value

                Knowledge, Quick Adaptability of Customer Deploy process

                Strong in follow-up coordination skills

                Working experience with distributed teams is preferred

                Sound understanding of operator business drivers and technology.

                Creation of program delivery capability, enabling of delivery teams

                Engaging in customer dialogue to report on program status, seeking feedback on delivery quality and deliverables.

                Competence Build Up & Program Team Handling

                Escalation Management for projects included within the delivery programs.

                Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills

                Management Reporting/Presentations

                Manage & Deliver program KPIs

                Open for travel up-to 50% of time.

                Flexible and collaborative work style, ability to work well in various client environments.

                Organized and structured approach to managing individual and team tasks.

                Strong cross-group collaborator with proven ability to communicate effectively.

                PMP certification
