Regional Sales Manager
- Acheive regional sales target
- Day to day management of the MENA sales team, including recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
- Driving opportunities throughout the sales cycle - both via personal ownership/contribution and with your team.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Sell solutions to end customers in construction industry.
- Build and partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present accurate sales and revenue forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- 5+ years proven and successful B2B software solution sales experience – driving the sales process from plan to close
- Experience selling ERP or enterprise financial/accounting software into construction industry.
- Track record of accurate and timely sales team forecasting
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
- High levels of personal integrity, credibility and self-awareness
- Fluent in spoken and written English essential
- Willing to travel regionally as required
- Valid driving license
