Technical Manager

Job Description

My client needs a Provide technical expertise and support for company sales team initiatives, POCs, and new product development

Iqwifi will train the guy on their products

·         Provide Customer Support with respect to:

  • Customer installations, configurations, and portal usage trainings
  • Telephone, email, remote and on-site customer support
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries
  • Troubleshooting faulty customer wifi equipment and configurations
  • Configuring and maintaining internal network and hardware

This is standard support services for a technical manager

·         Ensure reseller partners can properly manage customer installations, configurations, and portal usage trainings

This is not a complicated system and can be picked up in a short space of time

·         Serve as technical lead on WiFi specialized, use-case projects


Technical Requirements:

·         A valid CWNA or CCNA qualification

·         Networking - DHCP, DNS, IP/TCP, VLANs and Switching Routers

·         Strong understanding of WiFi hardware (access points and controllers) and WiFi manufacturers

·         Good working knowledge of Mobile OS platforms - iOS, Android

·         Basic HTML knowledge a plus

·         Cloud Services Administration

·         Systems and process experience

·         An understanding of the role of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) within an IT environment

Key Skills and Attributes

·         Fluent in English - both written and spoken
