Job Description

A Reputable Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is currently hiring an HR Manager for the Middle East region, the position is to be based in Dubai to:

  • Act as the Strategic business partner to site heads/GMs and their leadership teams (LTs) consulting, advising, coaching, and partnering  with the site head/GM/LT on people and organizational needs
  • Build develop and lead a comprehensive and efficient HR service
  • Ensure alignment with agreed group, functional and regional initiatives as well as business strategy, and ensure successful site execution
  • Drive organizational effectiveness including change management for assigned client groups
  • Shape, drive and execute the overall people strategy for site in line with business strategy aligned with global requirements


  • Education level: A bachelor’s degree is required at minimum 
  • MA/MBA preferred 
  • Professional experience: Should possess a full range of functional HR skills – Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Change Management 
  • Substantial experience working with diverse senior leaders 
  • Experience as a line manager 
  • Experience working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment 
  • Ideally, has worked in one expert function within HR 
  • Special knowledge: Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic 
  • Local labor laws & regulations
