Job Description

Sales strategy and planning

1.     Develop bottom up account wise annual and 3 months rolling sales forecasts

2.     Continuously hunt and farm new channels and accounts

3.     Identify needs of and maintain relationships with all customers/ accounts

4.     Assess and suggest account management strategies

Marketing strategy

1.     Provide info on right channel mix, pricing, promotional, product requirements

Organization and performance

1.     Set periodic targets and review performance of medical representatives

2.     Identify and execute profitability and sales force effectiveness initiatives

3.     Drive execution and report to Country Managers/ Regional Directors periodically on sales performance

Sales Experience in Diabetes/Health Supplements preferred
