- Develop all strategies related to the Quality function to meet continuous improvement and growth needs of the organization.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Quality function and ensuring proper interface with the global and regional teams as well as Production, Sales and Marketing.
- Plan, implement and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) with the elements TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS and MPS.
- Plan and prepare the Quality budget and review of cost of quality including "Scrap table Activity".
- 8-10 years of experience in Quality in the Automotive industry
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Automotive background is a MUST
- Auditing Knowledge is a Must/ post graduate certificate is a plus
