The position is responsible for overall Office Management and Reception management. Responsible for team assistance with meetings and travel arrangements as well as supporting the Country Manager Egypt.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaises with the Company’s appointed travel agent in terms of arranging all bookings, visas and accommodations related to domestic and international travel for the team
  • Provides an effective and efficient service to the Country Manager in all aspects of administration including preparation of reports, presentations and any ad hoc activity
  • Arranges and maintaining office supplies – vendor selection and management for all office supplies
  • Represents the company in both manner and appearance for all visitors reporting to and through reception
  • Ensures that all calls are transferred with efficiency and in a courteous manner
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
  • Minimum 3  years in a similar role within a multinational company, preferably FMCG experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • High proficiency in MS applications
  • Organized, Pays attention to detail and can Multitask
