Receptionist & Office Administrator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Regional office administration
  • Support the office for any new joiners in the team or leavers through the entire process
  • Answer phones and transfer accordingly to the appropriate staff member
  • Take & distribute accurate messages
  • Greet public & clients & direct them to correct staff member
  • Coordinate messenger & courier services 
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Fax, scan, copy documents when recquired
  • Maintain office filing storage systems
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Monitor & maintain office supplies
  • Organize travel arrangements for staff
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant degrees
  • Fluent English is a must, good command of other languages is considered a plus
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office, internet skills, use of e-mails and video conferences
