Link external, macroeconomic and competitor context and insight to business performance to facilitate decision making and drive the business forward.
Align and track KPIs with leadership, brand and franchise operations teams and measure/track impact of relevant ABP marketing activity, brand performance and innovations in order to lead identification of issues and opportunities to drive growth and ongoing course correction
Support the strategic and annual business planning process through facilitating communication and coordination across the functions in addition to cascading BU & Corporate processes to ensure smooth & timely BP delivery
Optimize the report & routine matrix in Egypt to integrate value adding routines cross functionally and across the system and optimize the reporting process to provide the required analytical input to facilitate decision making
Build true partner relationships with Egypt Region leadership, brand, shopper marketing, franchise operations, finance and bottler teams in order to drive insights into action
Define action standards to ensure the measurement and evaluation of all Core & Emerging activity against clear KBIs in order to drive continuous improvement on return on investment
Support the business reviews development to support General Management, BU & Corporate in evaluating and tracking the business
