Job Description

The CFO is the ultimate financial authority, responsible and accountable to ensure that the Balance Sheet and P&L statement of the assigned units represent the business in an accurate, complete and fair manner. 

Job Description: 
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities ensuring for the correct and timely internal and external reporting for Tax, Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Responsible for the successful performance against internal/external audits (no material findings)
  • Establish the procedures and mechanisms to comply with the Financial Control Framework at all levels of Countries responsible for
  • Ensure that a culture of ethics and integrity is embedded in all business practices. Comply with the Code of Ethics, all relevant supporting policies, standards and procedures
  • Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with strategy
  • Responsible for the optimal performance of the finance team in his/her cluster
  • Oversee the Supply Chain process & function across the region
Job Qualifications:
  • Currently in a similar position or CFO to a country with previous regional experience
  • FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device Multinational company experience is a MUST
  • 15+ years of experience, at least 8 of which are senior managerial roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and any additional post graduate degrees are a huge PLUS
  • Strong people management experience
  • Solid financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
