* Provides an effective and efficient service to the Managing Director for the offices in Egypt & Dubai in all aspects of administration including preparation of reports, presentations, and any ad hoc activity.
* Managing the diary of the Managing Director and actively coordinates all dates/meetings with other team members, departments, suppliers or external partners and organizes the relevant room facilities (incl. equipment)
* Also responsible for planning, organizing and steering independent projects delegated by the Managing Director
* Ensure that all calls are transferred with efficiency and in a courteous manner.
* Ensure emergency calls are dealt with.
* Ensure that all visitors are dealt with in a courteous manner
* Meetings arrangement – readying rooms, food, etc arrangement
* Represent the company in both manner and appearance for all visitors reporting to and through reception.
