A leading Multinational  company is hiring for its successful team an Operation Manager based Cairo/Egypt with the below criteria:

  • Multinational Backgroung is a MUST
  • 5-7 years of sales experience is ESSENTIAL
  • 3 -5 telemarketing/telesales experience is a MUST
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • looking for operations manager leading already in IT sector
  • Readiness to take on responsibility
  • Self-managed, but strong team-player
  • Willingness to learn continuously
  • Ability to provide confidence
  • People and team-management experience
  • IT affinity
  • Excellent problem solving competence
  • Excellent customer relation management competence
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent English Communication skills, further languages would be an asset
  • Ability to drive and manage intercultural teams
  • Team leadership skills, ability to influence with and without authority in an intercultural environment
  • Ability to create well structured presentations addressing c-level audience
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and present simple actionable solutions
  • Flexible service oriented mentality with ability to manage time efficiently

Brief about the job:
  • Managing 12-15 agents
  • Manage agents on daily operational basis
  • Interface to SAP in Cairo & Dubai
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of hub and team KPIs according to annual targets, documented in the SLA
  • roactive identification, further development and implementation of best practice telemarketing processes
  • Accountable for recruitment of staff according to overall planning
  • Responsible for regular business review meetings (monthly, quarterly)
  • rovide regular feedbacks on planning, execution, performance and improvement of telemarketing campaigns, processes, reporting and other related topics
  • lan and account budget, deliver financial reports and improvement of payment and invoicing processes to assure further development in efficient payment model
  • Communicate regularly to SAP responsible as well as to other as identified.
  • Enable, develop and manage Team Leads.
