Operations Manager Service (m/f)


the role:

You will take responsibility for the management of operations in the field of service and maintenance of wind turbines. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • manage daily operations
  • take full responsibility for staff planning, materials planning and stock planning
  • Hire and train staff for successful service and repair of wind turbines
  • improve internal processes that secure a more efficient conduction of

maintenance and repair of wind turbines in general

  • manage all service staff functionally and disciplinarily
  • Act as the linking person between operations and upper company management
  • manage service contracts
  • manage financial planning



  • ideally an education in the power sector (electrical engineering) (university engineering degree not required)
  • a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of wind turbines,

alternatively in inspection of wind turbines

  • proven track record in managing service teams, ideally in the field of wind turbines
  • good analytical skills
  • good in optimizing processes and setting up new structures
  • fit in contracts for wind turbine service
  • good negotiator
  • Teamplayer
  • goal oriented
  • willing to occasionally work on wind turbines yourself


Salary: Competitive with very attractive bonus package
