Manage QC team activities across Hub operation.
·Manage the Inspection process (AQL) of incoming goods, risk associated and initiating relevant reports related to any product failures.
·Visit Vendors (Europe) in support of improving performance and calibration of business standards.
·Provide Technical support to the PSC team and monitor quality standards in the operational area
·Partner Hub logistics cross functional team in the implementation of quality processes.
·Ensuring all relevant H&S standards/requirements are compliant in the QC area
·Effectively manage and develop the team’s performance, maintaining a high standard of communication through team briefing, consultation, employee reviews and one to one discussions. Directly linked with –
·Performance reporting of key KPI’s
Manage the QC team ensuring core competencies and standards are developed/applied across the group –
·QC Auditing skills
·The company standards
Work with cross functional teams, creating and maintaining team spirit/morale across the Hub to achieve the company goals.
In conjunction with HR, ensure performance is maintained, handle grievances and discipline within the parameters of company procedure
To effectively monitor and improve customer service standards, within the Hub.
Ensure the company health and safety policy is followed by all operators within the section; maintain the company standard working environment.
Promote company values and support corporate and factory policy and objectives.
To carry out any other duties as required within role.

Good working knowledge of Excel, Word,

Previous QC experience
