The role is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Our Client, a leading company in Cyprus in the field of BTL Activation and PR Events, is seeking for their dynamic team based in Nicosia, Cyprus a:

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER (Below-the-Line and PR)

 

The successful candidate is expected to take an important strategic role in developing the product portfolio with an emphasis on Brand Activation from concept to completion, capitalizing on existing and future business opportunities. The high caliber individual must have proven records in the areas of responsibilities and especially in the field of Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing Communication.   

 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

·         Initiates and leads the marketing thinking process of all activations in the context of concept creation, presentation to clients, planning, and execution, including BTL campaigns and PR Events

·         Formulates the marketing strategy of each BTL activity objective, translated into effective activation proposal

·         Understands the goals of each marketing activity and target audience in alignment with Client's communication strategy, brand and/or company values

·         Introduces innovations and new ideas for product differentiation and executive excellence

·         Defines the needs for third-party services along with budgets control

·         Performs onsite visits to secure the execution of quality standards

·         Prepares the completion report for major events and experiential marketing activities

·         Develops and maintains strong relationships with Key clients and other business stakeholders

·         Some inland travel, extended hours and weekend work may be necessary occasionally

Qualifications & Requirements:

·         Holder of Marketing and Communication Studies, preferably from UK or USA University

·         MBA in Marketing will be a strong comparative advantage

·         4-8 years of top class experience in strategic marketing and communication, preferably in Advertising or BTL companies, in the field of FMCG and corporate branding

·         Solid marketing thinking in the strategic, creative, innovative and conceptual perspective

·         Proven organizational, analytical, presentation and storytelling skills

·         Experience in Client Service for Key Accounts

·         Ability to transform creative ideas into effective communication/brand activation proposals

·         Interpersonal and communication skills (written/oral) in Greek and English

·         Self-motivated, strong work ethics and ability to deliver results without direct supervision
