1. Overall Purpose
As a Business Process Consultant, you need to communicate and understand the Business Process of Customers and implement company processes, whom can be from varied domains such as Logistics, Finance, Pharmacy, FMCG or Retail. You are required to implement and execute the Process using the BPM tools of the company.
We are looking for experienced individuals having business process expertise within enterprise software solutions. This is a critical and highly dependent role within the company for serving the UK clients, as the client expands its product offerings, bringing BPO technology and analytics to the logistics and supply chain industry. The responsibilities would include strong process analytics, problem solving acumen, syncing company technology to offer functional solutions to the client’s requirements.
Initially the successful candidate would be required to work from home with regular site visits to client premises, until the client set up their London office by early 2018. This is an exciting start-up company having established only 4 years ago in India and has been serving international clients such as DHL (Global) and Kuehne & Nagel. Now on an expansion drive starting within the UK and Germany.
