Chief of Stakeholder Relations

Job Description

Looking for a dynamic & driven individual to take up a core position for a prestigious and well-established organisation as Chief of Stakeholder Relations. Main duties & responsibilities:
- seek to drive relationship management across the stakeholder audience including government regulators, investors, policy makers, community stakeholders and key decision makers
- develop and maintain strategic relationships
- understand the environment in which the stakeholders operate whilst ensuring accessibility to key decision makers
- lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans in order to identify, build and manage relationships
- integrate and align external stakeholder programmes and coordinate the implementation of relevant plans
- ensure invitation and participation by stakeholders in relevant events & meetings
- develop a clear, strong presence among all key stakeholders
- generate and maintain active communications to present a positive image of the organisation activities & role across the international industry
- drive the brand and marketing affairs
- on-going search and identification for new opportunities of expansion
- provide stakeholders with all the relevant promotional literature
- invite relevant technical managers to stakeholder events and ensure a one-stop information source
- prepare and monitor budgets for specific networking events
- liaise directly and closely with the CEO to well-coordinate all the above activities
- flexible to undertake frequent travelling to US, EU, Middle & Far East

- degree in International Relations, Management, Finance (or equivalent)
- post-graduate studies (Diploma or Masters level) considered an asset, but not a must
- demonstrable networking capacities at Senior level
- similar role held in recent years
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- strategic planning skills
- event management and organisational skills
- good leadership skills
- knowledge of international developments
- general understanding of financial services and its various niche sectors
- comfortable to network with Senior officials and key decision-markers
