Our loyal Client is a major Global Lift Company. For their growing UK operations, they are looking for a:

 

Country Manager (UK)

 

The role has full responsibility for the subsidiary’s overall activities as well as for the business growth and growth of the company's market share with the aim of increasing profit margins.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • P&L owner of the subsidiary
  • Ensure implementation of Group Headquarters’ policies and procedures to subsidiaries’ employees
  • Safeguard the company’s image and promotes effective relations with all external providers/ suppliers, customers, business partners and governmental agencies
  • Develop, motivate, guide and support all employees of the subsidiary aiming to achieve all objectives set
  • Suggests commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth in the local market
  • Ensure on time adjustments regarding the commercial strategy of the subsidiary in order to meet changes in the local market
  • Direct and control all sales activities to meet sales target goals
  • Identify trade opportunities and make recommendations as for them to become profitable prospects
  • Create succession planning and ensure the optimal exploitation of all corporate resources

 

Your Profile:

  • 10-15 years of elevator industry leadership experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience in Installations business in highly preferred
  • Impeccable business development skills and hands on approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of the lifts industry in the UK
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology
