EMEA QUALITY MANAGER

Job Description

~~• Responsible for ICE EMEA Quality
• Responsible to create and deploy EMEA Quality Strategy coordinated with all functions
• Manage Advanced Quality to assure flawless program launches in terms of Quality.
• Be a parallel path of escalation and team resolution regarding new program execution.
• Manage plant quality to deliver benchmark 0 km and Field Quality. Team and work with functions (Operations, Program Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)
• Work with Purchasing organization to ensure supplier selection / quality system at suppliers / and quality of purchased parts.
• Manage Customer Quality to develop good teamwork working relationship between the Customers, ICE structure support at Customers and in ICE Plants
• Be the Quality Voice of the Customer and guide the organization in improving Quality performance and customer perception to contribute to the business
• Responsible for Advance Problem Solving Subject Matter Experts with associated organizational training, coaching, mentoring and doing.
• Responsible for Quality Competency growth management in all aspects of the organization.
• Ensure adherence to Quality System across EMEA organization
• Manage Total Cost of Quality to contribute to the business
• Manage Warranty budget and continually improve to contribute to the business
• Responsible for Quality Certifications (IATF, VDA, etc.)

~~• 7 years+ of Automotive Quality Management experience in a global company is required.
• Experience in working with European OEMs.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
• Effective analytic skills for problem solving and decision making
• Computer knowledge (MS Office software is requirement)
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is required
• Travel is required
• Initiative and customer oriented
• Knowledge and working experience on engine EMS system is preferred
• On-hands knowledge on engine or Common Rail system is preferred
