Work as a key business partners for Managers within the scope: Assist and advise managers in the management of human resources of their teams on a day-to-day basis
Responsible for updating the job descriptions for defined scope (job family, benchmark jobs, definition of function).
Participate in the definition of internal and / or external recruitment needs, assists and advises the manager in interviews and validation of candidates.
Responsible for recruitment and management of temporary workers in collaboration with the Manager.
Training: Participate in collaboration with the training manager and the managers in the creation and implementation of the training plan.
Advise and assist managers within scope in the implementation of all HR policies and procedures defined for the site (promotion, sanction, evaluation, absenteeism, career management, compliance with social legislation, etc.)
Responsible for compliance with legal and contractual rules in all aspects of personnel management.
Improves HR processes. May lead HR projects transverses
Communication: relay of the internal communication.
Social relations: Prepare and participate to monthly meetings with employees’ representatives. Participate actively in the optimization of the HR management of the site by assisting the HR Manager in the individual and collective management of staff (NAO, leave, social report, ...)
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience ideally gained in the automotive industry
English: working knowledge
Ability to offer unbiased professional guidance and assessment of critical people related topics
High level of oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and job specific systems
