Job Title: Contract Management and Sales Support Clerk (f / m / d)

 

Your tasks

 

  • Checking of leasing offers and recording in IT tools (Salesforce and SAP)
  • Creation of the leasing documentation against Lessees and Suppliers
  • Customer and supplier communication by phone and email
  • Control and approval of incoming invoices
  • Preparation and creation of customer invoices
  • Customer communication when leasing contracts are terminated and leasing goods are returned
  • Preparation of calculations, offers and invoices for renewals, early terminations and sales to the lessee
  • Handling of damage to leased goods
  • Administrative tasks such as monitoring deadlines, file management, etc.
  • General reporting
  • Support for sales colleagues
  • Customer appointments together with sales colleagues

 

Your profile

 

  • Several years of experience in the leasing or financing environment is an absolute requirement
  • Successfully completed commercial training or adequate professional experience in the commercial field
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
  • IT affine and very good handling of MS Office
  • Friendly, confident and dexterous appearance towards our customers
  • Native German and good to very good knowledge of English
