Sr. Manager - Solution Architect (New Business)

The role is based in Frankfurt you need to be fluent in German & English

With your extensive experience of Telecommunications Solutions and ability to work closely with your customers to understand their business needs and translate these into a Global Solution that will surpass their expectations. You will be supporting the Sales Team with their New Business Acquisition of Enterprise clients in the DACH Region.

You have been part of the sales process for these complex solutions and will have worked with National & Global customers, producing responses to their RFIs, RFPs etc and presenting these technical solutions to a business audience. 

You will ideally have worked for a Tier1 or Tier2 Network Solutions Provider or for a Systems Integrator or ISP and should have more than 3 years experience in Solutions Architecting and over 8 years total experience. (Or equivalent knowhow).

Here what you need:

  • Ability to speak freely on current customer network trends and industry evolutionary technologies, at ground or CxO level when required
  • Industry Certifications such as CCNA, CCDA or MEF accreditation.  Additionally, or alternatively an equivalent voice certification
  • Data networking experience is a must including: Managed MPLS/Hybrid WAN Managed solutions, Leased Line / Private Line technologies including backbone transmission. Local and Global Ethernet solutions. Knowledge of SD-WAN is preferable.
  • UCC solutions like Microsoft UCC portfolio & Cisco UCC portfolio, SIP trunking, VoIP is preferable
  • Knowledge of Cloud hosting and security solutions is preferable
