Antal is the Search and Selection leader company for Middle and Upper Management roles through EMEA & Asia with a 129 offices in 32 countries network. We are always looking for specialized professionals for an high number of industries and businesses. Since 1993, Antal completes Researches worldwide. In each country there are 6 divisions specialized by Function/Sector. In our Italian branch -based in Milan -over 32 employees are involved in: Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Operations (Science, Technology & Innovation), HR, Accounting and Finance, Legal, IT-TLC / General Management. 


For a Japanese semiconductor company (now one of the major global producer of electronic components) based in Germany, we are looking for an



Location: Germany

Main tasks: 

  • Responsibility of the sales department for Industrial, Consumer - EMEA territory
  • Manage and motivate the sales team, develop the relationship with customers
  • Develop sales revenue and profits, increase the opportunities pipeline with accounts penetration and business development
  • Aligned with the company direction, he/she defines the sales strategy, tactics and the corresponding KPI


  • Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Adequate experience in the semiconductor market, mandatory in the industrial market with managerial experience as a Sales Director
  • Business sense with negotiation skills, goal-orientation and communication skills
  • “Hands on” mentality
  • Willingness and ability to adhere to a Japanese working culture and style
  • Fluent German and English language skills
