Key Account Executive
Based in Frankfurt
This phenomenal success story has been possible not just because of our entrepreneurial approach to business (we took some high risk decisions to launch in global emerging markets before they emerged) but of course because of the unique set of people who make things happen, literally 24 hours a day from Mexico through Europe to South Africa, Middle East, India and China. In fact there is always an Antal office open somewhere in the world. Also fundamental to our success is the culture we have adopted since 1993 of sharing information and experience for the benefit of clients, candidates and colleagues. We say it and unusually in the recruitment business, we actually do it.
There are always opportunities too, and we need to build up the direct sales team in Frankfurt to strengthen the sales process impacting many of these businesses. Working with the National Sales Director we need to strengthen our Key Accounts Team. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities to develop German, European and even Global accounts, working at board and senior levels as well as executive levels within companies the role will focus on building strong cross discipline, pan geographical multi level relationships. The result of this will be initially identifying recruitment projects for our consultants and researchers to deliver, but then also to maintain consistent growth even when the client relationship matures and we may have passed day to day contact to other executives “in country”. Once the initial relationship is put in place it is this continued strategic driving of accounts that will be the focus of this team.
Our offices in Frankfurt are centrally located in the business district. This office acts as a central operational support hub for our 20 offices in Germany although the reach of activities will be much further. For example we deal with German clients in most international markets and also work with many multinational companies in Germany. Our central client successes database lists over 60,000 individual transactions so there is plenty of scope to identify business opportunities in Germany and beyond.
This role would suit somebody who has worked within the recruitment industry with a business development focus for several years.
