Your role:

In this role you are responsible for:

Data analysis:

  • Provide the channel management, trade marketing and sales team with standard reports based on main data provider 
  • Support the channel management and trade marketing team with targeted analyses and prepare charts for presentations and projects
  • Drive the development of new reports and analyses as needed
  • Provide consultancy and support regarding all data sources and reports


  • Responsibility for the Virtual Reality system incl. technology-set-up and library-build-up as well as maintenance
  • Develop planograms and merchandising guidelines using dedicated software (Spaceman, Virtual Shelf) based on specifications from the category managers
  • Simulate the physical in-store implementation of new shelf solutions in a dedicated store simulation area

Your background:

  • Apprenticeship in an economic environment or preferably bachelor´s degree in trade, business administration, economics, mathematics or similar
  • Experience in a commercial environment and analytical background in retail / FMCG is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and of the main data provider tools (e.g. GfK, AC Nielsen, Drotax)
  • Good knowledge of merchandising software (e.g. Spaceman, Apollo)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Process-oriented to and proactive to continuously work on improvements
  • High self-motivation and self-starter approach
  • Achievement orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, ownership and initiative
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
