Due to our expansion plans there are several opportunities on offer for Billing Recruitment Leaders in our Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan, Bologna, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Mexico City and Milton Keynes (UK) offices.

These places will be awarded only to people with the following experience and abilities;

• a proven track record in building successful recruitment teams
• a proven track record of hiring, mentoring and retaining individuals with no recruitment track record and turning them into consistent billers
• a history of personal billing success and client wins
• specific discipline/sector exposure
• energy, drive, determination and passion to be the best

The role

Successful candidates will gain the opportunity to work with our Directors who have over a century of recruitment industry experience gained in the UK, Asia, Europe and the Americas, including BRIC countries.

Our aim is to help mentor and guide you along the journey and to coach and support you to success.
