Our client is an international digital marketing agency that specialises in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM and Lead Generation. The German office in Munich employs about 70 employees and is part of an international agency network with 1,200 employees. Clients of the company are world-known brands in Automotive, Medical Devices, IT and Consumer Electronics. To increase the team in Munich we are looking for an

(Senior) Account Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Understanding client business and communication
  • Account management activities across various client and internal teams, including status tracking, client meetings etc.
  • Successful planning, management and execution of projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring the connection between strategy and execution
  • Strategic consulting with a solution-oriented focus, sales negotiations and recommendation of strategies and ideas to the customer
  • Proactive customer development and defining business requirements
  • Project management including prioritization of work
  • Facilitation of meetings and workshops
  • Creative briefing creation and evaluation of creativity and user experience
  • Financial forecast and budget management
  • Driving profit margins and business growth

 

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in Account Management
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Consulting experience in an agency
  • Expert knowledge in planning, controlling and implementing projects, campaigns and programs
  • Team player mentality
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in customer service and delivery excellence
  • Being able to build strong customer relationships as their primary contact and partner
  • Proactively looking for new possibilities to maximize growth, to build up customer relationships and to expand client business in general and consult them strategically
  • Fluent English language skills, German as a plus
