The German office is based in Munich and employs about 70 employees and is part of an international agency network with 1,200 employees. Senior Strategic Planner B2B (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop forward-thinking campaigns and communication strategies for key clients
  • Assess market, brand, positioning, clients, etc. to identify true “gold nugget” insights
  • Transform insights into inspiring key messages, communication ideas and strategies based on client goals
  • Create messaging maps and customer journeys for relevant audiences and personas
  • Guide and work closely with creative teams in developing targeted programs and campaigns that create a stronger brand/business and promotes customers engagement with their audience
  • Plan campaigns, communications and programs across all stages of the sales journey and ensure creative concepts and executions are on strategy
  • Develop effective and innovative communication plans, touchpoint strategies, and mechanisms to monitor their effectiveness according to predefined KPIs
  • Be the strategic and content lead in sales processes (offering development and pitches) and closely collaborate with the Account and New Business Teams
  • Create publications, participate in relevant professional events and hold key note presentations, working sessions, and workshops


Your Profile:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Social Sciences with a focus on Business Management, Marketing, or Market Research
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a B2B agency or consultancy, preferably with a focus on digital marketing
  • Experience in IT or technology a plus
  • Highly conceptual and analytical thinker capable of maintaining a close working relationship with creative teams
  • Experience in strategic guidance and development of senior clients on global and US market level
  • Excellent presenter and communicator skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Preferably experience in leading a team and developing employees
